***** sim?

I bought an additional sim for data. Now I keep getting calls for a Nomfundo and Vodacom on Twitter tells me oops the number was recycled and there is nothing they can do. But this woman is blacklisted and I am being harassed with calls. She is also still actively using the number, as I get her flight and travel bookings. People accuse me that I did not RICA the sim card, I bought a ****** one! But I bought it at Vodacom in Clearwater Mall. Please can something be done to legitimize me as the owner of this number and remove her?
