***** data contracts - NOT HAPPY!!!

I have been a Vodacom client for more years than i can remember. I got a call from one of your callcenters for a data contract which i thought would be straigth with vodacom, but i recently found out its not. my big problem, is that this call centre sold me a product i did not want, even after i asked them if there wasnt something bigger. i have tried to reverse/cancel my contract with them on the grounds of missinformation. They have been dodging me, not calling me back when i asked them to and also just putting vodacom in a very bad light.

The call center is ELTEL and the manager who does not return clients calls is Shaneal Shandra. Everytime i call he is either in a meeting or has this or that excuse. I have had it. And if this is who Vodacom associates themselves with, i have no interest in staying with vodacom.

I need this data contract cancelled immediatly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
