I called Vodacom Call center, but the call center agent was not professional neither she was friendly, the way she was talking to me was very rude, i asked her name to spell it to me but she asked me Why?? loudly then she asked me "do you want me help you or not?" i told her that she is unprofessional and rude to me can i please speak to manager or supervisor? she said they not available.
