DO YOU VALUE CUSTOMERS?
Poor Service from online! i wanted to do online and spoke to someone at 08:42 and the person advised i can't get the phone i wanted as it was out of stock - and could not even tell me when it will be available again.
i called again at 09:00 and spoke to Ziyanda who advise me i can't do the upgrade as i did a simswap in the shop (Mall at reds) and now they can't assist for 3 months or i have to pay the service fee of R160.00 (which i refuse to do as i can do online upgrades for fee!!!)
i then insited on speaking to a major and Dre kolwin was extremely RUDE to say the least. interupting me every 2 seconds not even listening to what i wanted to stay. not even offering me a solution or trying to help with the upgrade~
i have been a customer for 22 years with vodacom and right now i feel like you dont value me as a customer !!!
I need to be able to do the upgrade online as i will NOT be penalised NO ONE is willing to assist me with the upgrade
