Do you offer Dual Sim phones or not?!!

All I want to know is does Vodacom offer Dual Sim technology or not?! I cannot get a straight answer! I go into a Vodacom shop they say no your network does not support dual sim, so I call cancellations to end my contract & when I tell them why the call agent says yes you do offer dual sim technology & I must go to another store. Which I do & there I get my favourite answer \Vodacom does not offer dual sim technology because we want to be your number 1 provider\". Excuse me but what the *&$# does that even mean?!! Do you guys believe that dual sim is only for people that only want to operate on 2networks? Really?!! In the 21st century you are unaware of people who have 2 numbers - 1 private & 1 business - both from the same network? And are maybe tired of carrying 2 phones around?!<br> So bottom line can someone tell me conclusively whether Vodacom does or doesn't offer dual sim phones?! If you don't it's time to catch a wake up and enter the modern age!<br> P.S. training your staff on what products you do actually offer may also be beneficial!! Sick of your guys bad service!<br> "
