Do you not understand what CANCEL means???????

My husband's contract expiry date was 4 December 2016. In August he enquired as to the cancellation process. He was advised that a month prior he needs to phone the cancellations department and advise them to cancel the contract. He phoned on the 1st of November and again on the 4th of November. All was done and fine. On the 6th of December his phone was still active....he phoned to query this as it was supposed to become prepaid and he had not purchased any airtime. The consultant advised that the contract has been cancelled and we would receive no billing at the end of the month. He was unable to log into the online portal. This mornign he logs in and guess what?? His contract has been renewed until 4 December 2018 as a uChoose Flexi 110!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is *******!!! Sort this out IMMEDIATELY
