Do you know what customer service is ????
Online contract app**** for and approved on the 18th August and consultant advised I would be contacted by a courier company to confirm date and time of delivery. Ten days later, when following up on the delivery, I am told there is no stock of the device requested and Vodacom does not know when they will be expecting stock to arrive How can you complete the application process, without informing the customer there is no stock available. Have the decency to advise he customer on during the application process. As expected, zero customer service from Vodacom

Why are you continuing with the applicaton knowing there are no devices avaialble to honour the cntract. why arent you removing all devices online, that are not currently availble with no ETA

Vodacom pays a customer service representative to make apology calls - sort the problem. His is called Customer service. Something vodacom should learn

28 Sept 2020, 16:37You send a private message stating issue is resolved. For who???? A call from vodacom to say sorry we don’t have stock is not resolving the issue. Let someone earn a salary and follow up when the product will be available and delivered to me.
