Do Vodacom want the business or not???? seems like not
I recently cancelled my cell phone contract with Cell C and decided to move over to Vodacom. Move back to Vodacom as I have bad Reception at home and at my office,
I wen t Vodacom in Nicolway to get 2 contracts. 1 for my wife and the other for myself. the consultant which helped me seemed to be helpfull. He said he needs to do the first application then the second one as the system wont allow for us to process 2 applications at once????
So we do the fiorst one and that was for my wife, they told us by the time you get home the phone will be active the whole port etc etc and it was not active fo about 20 hours.
I use my phone plenty about 1200 mins a month. So I really need my contract sorted out and guess what he says he having dificulty getting mine approved as he has to do it manually now. He then goes on to tell me there was something on my name something about a bad experience .... the only bad experience I have had is with Vodacom.
If there is something on my name surely FNB would not be calling me all the time to offer me a higher status card and more credit and 2 cars in my name not to mention I bought a new house 7 Months ago ,,
I really need a senior person at vodacom to call me and explain how my name is so bad and why did they approve my first contract less than 24 hours ago ... I wanted both contracts approved if they can not help me they must cancell the first one and ill be happy to take my business to MTN ,,
please call me asap .. Donovan ********** 086
