Do something about it
I went to the vodacom store on Wednesday last week. Upgraded my contract to a laptop deal. Asked the staff when it will arrive was informed if she orders it on Thursday it will arrive today (Monday) as I am used to bad service called them today to make sure I don't make the trip and then it has not arrived. Was informed that they forgot to order the laptop and I have to wait until Wednesday or Thursday. Unacceptable. I have to wait due to their neglect. Contract is on Mariana Van Rooyens name. Call her.
