DO NOT USE VODACOM they are *******!!!

I have had it with these *******!!!! I have been calling them since November to cancel my 24 month contract that ended 1 December, they keep telling me they will do the cancellation. The first stupid agent misunderstood me and gave me another package in November ,even though I told her I lost my job due to Covid19. I then called multiple times and I got reference numbers , no confirmation after they said they will send a message! Nothing!!! Then I get a call 4th January to be offered a new contract! Don’t these dumbasses update a customer record?! Aren’t their calls recorded? Can’t they see how many times I have made contact with these fools? The stupid voice overs say all the time the calls are recorded yet they don’t capture data about the calls I’ve made or put some form of notes for the next fxcking agent!!!

Don’t talk **** about trying to contact you *****!!!! I called you dumbasses more than 10 times!!! An idiot Tsorelo or whatever the things name is put me on hold for almost 5 minutes and she never got back to me, I requested to speak to a manager and then she said managers are on leave!! then some other fool Kleintjies told me a manager will call and couldn’t give me a fxcking time frame and he didn’t even take my number or details!!! This will be posted on all social media platforms you guys are stupid and *******!!!!!

Take the reference and listen to my calls if your are honest about calls being recorded!!! I called 17th November to have my contract cancelled ref: *** Or give a freaking complaints department you assholes!!!
