Do not use VODACOM ONLINE! THEY CANNOT DELIVER YOUR PHONE!!!

Do NOT USE RAM COURIERS or vodacom online EVER! I upgraded through vodacom and arranged delivery at ram couriers at a specific address after 16:00,they did NOT DELIVER.... Only through repeated calls to their call centre did i discover, they only deliver before 13:00 and if your not there they WONT DELIVER AGAIN! Even though their call centre agreed to deliver at 16:00!!! THE package goes back to their warehouse and has to be released by vodacom! I then phoned ram couriers to send my phone back to vodacom so i can pick it up rather at one of there stores, i was supposed to recieve a notification of this wich i NEVER RECIEVED! WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY UPGRADE?? RATHER NEVER USE VODACOM ONLINE OR RAM COURIERS BECAUSE they have all these policys and Procedure that they do not tell CUSTOMERS!! AND YOU NEVER RECIEVE YOUR PACKAGE!
