Do not use vodacom online

Very terrible call centre. Very helpful when you're upgrading but once you've signed up they do not care anymore. I preordered a phone and got it two weeks after the customers that went to the store and bought it. C9nstantly had to phone in to ask where my order was and had the call center operators say they would find out and call me back, which they never did, or just plain hang up on me. When I told them i wanted to cancel my order because of the service they said that would take 2 weeks to process. Worst experience I've ever had with a company.
