I bought a Vodafone Smart Tab 7\ in March after receiving a promotional call. After a week the unit was delivered with an incorrect Sim card. (Nano instead of Micro). After a struggling to get through on *** I was eventually told that the correct card would be shipped in 5 working days and I should throw away the nano card. After waiting for 2 weeks the new card had still not arrived. I followed up with RAM couriers and was told that the card had been returned to Vodacom due to the delivery address being omitted. Called *** again and was told to go and buy the correct card at a Vodashop. I would then be refunded for the purchase on submission of the card details and receipt
