Do not use Vodacom Fibre!

We have been without internet since Friday and vodacom is refusing to address the issue. Have spoken to 3 different consultants who have all given us different excuses for the outage but with no solutions. The first consultant claimed that there was an outage in the area but this is not true and was confirmed to be false information by another consultant. We are working from home and have lost an entire weekend now due to vodacom's refusal to fix the problem.

Vodacom consultant admitted that vodacom stopped our line because it was cancelled at the beginning of the month (paid for in full till end of the month) and is refusing to reconnect the line before Monday. The consultant then proceeded to hang up the phone and now we are back in a queue. Her name is Claudia.
