DO NOT USE VODACOM BUSINESS LTE

Oh my word. We have 3 business LTE packages with Vodacom and have lines speeds of up to an amazing 4mbs!!!! We requested that Vodacom cancels two of these packages as we cannot use such poor speeds to run a business. They quoted us R25K to cancel because we signed a two year contract. We cannot use their LTE properly as it is too slow even though they said it wouldn't be.

Have you ever tried to call them. You get passed from pillar to post as it seems that know one is responsible for resolving this issue.
