Do not use vodacom as a service provider

Do not upgrade or get a new contract with vodacom. They are the worst service provider. I am a customer for 18 years. If u call the free customer care number too many times then they block your number. And start charging u. There is no other external number to use. So there is no way of getting through to customer service. It is 1 month already and I am still waiting for my upgraded fone. Frustrated client. Do not go with vodacom
