DO NOT USE VODACOM
Several complaints in HelloPeter as well as telephonically and Vodacom does nothing.
Years of being with Vodacom and now I am leaving. The service is disgusting.
The consultants that phone you regarding the complaints will let the phone ring once and hang up. I presume this to show management that they called? Then reply to HelloPeter with, sorry, we called but no one answered.
The worse service provider in SA. Telekom mobile have been fantastic and migrating the remainder of my numbers to them.
You will continue to loose customers to opposition as I am not the only person with these issues.
I hope to see Vodacom reach bankruptcy. Good ridden.
