DO NOT USE VODACOM

<p>The staff at vodacom Nigel are useless. I have been with vodacom for years and in 2015 i had so much problem with vodacom that i ported my number to another provider. they had worse issues so i ported back to vodacom, since then my phone does not work it is a paper weight. I load airtime on it and it lasts on the phone for about 8 days. but i cannot use phone, i cant send messages at all and since last week i can sit with phone in my hand full signal dial my number only to be told, " the subsriber you have dialled is not available. My number is a business number which means none of my customers can get hold of me and i am losing income. If vodacom do not contact me by 12 noon i will port out of vodacom as i cant keep losing income. To top it off today is my birthday but none of my friends and family can contact me thanks to vodacom. do not tell me to go to vodacom nigel as they are useless and know nothing, already been in 3 times.</p>
