Do NOT Upgrade online with Vodacom
I upgraded 2 of my phones telephonically with Vodacom on 30 April 2019. I accepted for number "1" 75 sms & 75 minutes, but got 50 sms & 50 minutes instead.

So far I have made 3 requests to get my conversation that was taped but Neil Subramoney does not answer my questions or my emails.
My first call to Customer Care lasted 40 minutes and I then talked to the original sales agent (her name is FANELE ADAMS, Agent ID = ADAMSF) and she told me her work was done correctly and promised she would phone me back in 10 minutes - it has been 13 days now and she has not phoned me back and Neil Subramoney is again ignoring my mails.
Friday afternoon (14 June) just after 13:00 I made another 20 minute call in which the guy said if that is what was promised to me then I must get it and he escalated the call to his manager to call me. Still nobody contacted me.
It turns out Fanele Adams sold me a contract that does not exist, according the agent I spoke to on Friday.
Do not be fooled by the standard line below each Hello Peter review stating that Vodacom took note and you will be contacted, because I have not been contacted in the last 2 weeks by either Vodacom or the Vodacom Web Team.
All that happened is that my bill increased more and now I am waiting (and waiting) for a return and pickup and I don't hear anything from anyone.
A return was logged on 10/07 and today is 22/07 - still no news.
