DO NOT TRUST VODACOM

Vodacoms staff education level is really SOUTH AFRICAN standards. I took a new contract.. signed for a debit order to be done on the 3rd INSIDE THE BRANCH. Debit was done by vodacom on the 7th...NOT AS PER CONTRACT.. Now because of youre uneducated level staff my credit rating is effected and i have extra service fees to pay at my bank.. after 30minute phone call to vodacom and speaking to 5 different staff members, the best feedback i was given is Eish Sorry.. Its worth ****oll to me.
