Do not take Vodacom online contract.
Becareful not to take vodacom online contract. Vodacom will call you to sell you amazing deal, but only to find that when you get delivery the service/product is not what you wanted. You try to return the product within the 10 days, they will say since Ram courier delivered to you, you can't take it to any store, Ram courier will have to come collect from you.
Ram courier always says they tried to get hold of you but no luck and cancel the collection, so you are not able to return the product as is not what you asked for.
Meanwhile Vodacom keeps billing you, for the product you are not using as you wait for collection. Vodacom don't care about the Ram courier not collecting.
This will leave you frustrated as when you phone Vodacom they say nothing they can you help with.

No arrangements made with me, I only got call that said 'what is query....we will get back to you'
Now my internet and out going calls are blocked because of this contract.

Please don't drop a general message of 'a consultant will call you' I am tired of the 'we will arrange for collection'.
Just give me the address of where to take this to, just the address, I don't want you to say RAM will come collect, give me the addres
I cant use this package you charge me for, though I requested to be canceled because it is not what I ordered.
Your team to arrange package collection is really failing.
