Do not take Vodacom insurance.

Vodacom insurance is a ****. I insured my device almost two years ago. I spoke to a sales person named Katlego whom assisted with the insurance application. I clearly stated that the phone number that I was insuring was a 083 number. Yes I did not state it was an MTN number but if the sales rep knew that only Vodacom numbers/simcards can be insured he should have stated that. Which he didn't. My claim has been rejected or denied or whatever on the basis that I did not state that it was not a Vodacom simcard. If that was a condition or stipulation it should have been said to me. No where in the call or on the insurance documents which clearly show the insured contact number does it say that a Vodacom simcard needs to be in the cellphone. I'm really disappointed in the service that I received.
