DO NOT TAKE A CONTRACT WITH VODACOM OR YOUR CREDIT SCORE WILL BE AFFECTED WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE.

Vodacom is by far the worst service provider in the entire country. I cancelled my contract in May and served the notice in June and in July there was no amount to be paid, my account was a zero balance. Now to my suprise I receive a call from MBD (Debt Collectors) indicating that my account was not paid. I was never informed that my account was in arreas nor did they debit, I did not even have an option to pay on their APP. What ****mers this company is. I do not ever want to deal with them, I will no longer use the prepaid number from them. My credit score is affected because of them.
