Do not take a contract from Vodacom, you are going to regret it

Absolutely shocking experience joining Vodacom.

WARNING!!!! DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT

I joined Vodacom 16 March 2019 an purchased a data sim which was supposed to be R199 pm. I joined through the Brooklyn branch

I selected my debit order date as the 7th of each month. On the 30ths of March Vodacom proceeded to take my debit order although the 7th of each month was clearly selected on the application.

I received my first statement and my address was a completely different address than on my application. Vodacom then proceeded to charge me R100.88 because my debit order came back with insufficient funds on the 30th March.

I called the call center to sort this out and was told that they cannot help me I have to go to the Brooklyn branch to sort it out.

I contacted the Brooklyn branch and spoke to a supervisor and after a struggle they corrected my address, they confirmed the debit order date should be the 7th of each month and they paid R100.88 into my account to cover that bounced debit order.

So on the 7th of May there were more than enough money in my account which I can prove. Yet I got a text today from Vodacom to say that there were insufficient funds. I can PROVE there was more than enough money.

I called the call center today to find out what is going on and to get to the bottom of this. I was told that my debit order was only validated on the 9th May. Vodacom sent me text to confirm this

Off course the debit order will bounce on the 7th if the account was only validated the 9th

So now they want to charge me another R100.88????

I tried calling the Vodacom BROOKLYN branch 8 times and now one picks up???? I finally got through and the same guy that did the original rwfund saiid they will refund the R100.88 again.

YESTERDAY vodacom sent me another text to say that my debit order has been removed......HOW?

I want this sorted out TODAY I am disgusted in the level of service.
