Do not support this store!
My mother is almost 80 years old, have poor eye sight and is not very coherent, under treatment of a brain surgeon. <br> She entered her password incorrectly a few times and then needed the PUK. She had no idea what this was and since I was abroad she asked someone to give her a lift to a Vodacom store. When she tried to explain her problem the salesman said her contract expired and she needs a new phone. I buy her a new basic phone with buttons every 2 years because she does not understand smartphones. She can not even sms. So Johan at this store had her sign all the documents although she could not read anything, he told her a brief story but definitely did not read the contract to her and gave her a smartphone!? I went to the big Vodacom service centre on the 7th day after she signed the contract and was told by James Ngaka that she was wrongfully advised and I have to go to the specific dealer for a dealer cancellation. It was Sunday and I had to be back in Cape Town on Monday. Called the manager, Roelof on Monday and he was very slippery and refused to do a dealer cancellation. They took advantage of an old person of ill health and have no respect for the CPA. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM!
