DO NOT RENEW CONTRACT TELPHONICALLY
2 WEEKS AGO RENEWED MY CONTRACT, NO DELIVERY AS PHONE IS ON BACK ORDER. VISITED A CELLULAR SHOP WHO HAS STOCK CALL CENTRE REFUSES TO CANCEL MY QUERY SO THAT I CAN TAKE DELIVERY OF MY NEW PHONE FROM A VODACOM SHOP.
