I e-mailed Vodacom to tell them my mother is being harassed by phone numbers that appear to be linked to Vodacom. Instead of helping, Vodacom sends an e-mail to refer me to a bot. There is a potential abuse of Vodacom's services and this is all Vodacom can come up with? Try again, Vodacom.
