Do not keep a history of emails/calls/discussions

This is a warning message to all Vodacom clients. I had a Data usage dispute with Vodacom which I've logged in January 2016. After many \recorded\" calls with customer care as well as a call received directly from the technician the issue was resolved 2 months later. The technician said that they'll give me a discount for the data usage for both months, gave me the discount amounts etc. The amount was deducted for January but not for February etc. My number was hard-locked today since no-one in Vodacom have any recollection of the history/calls/messages/notifications discussing the whole issue. When I asked them just to review the history notes, they say they can see calls were made, but have no info about it. My service request was also closed with no resolution notes. I've called all departments \"customer care, data support, legal, accounts\". No one have the info. SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU Follow-up ALL calls with emails and keep proof that they've received it, also write down the name of the person who spoke with you as well as the time, service request number/ref number etc.. I'm now liable for a HUGE data usage amount and wasted hours of emails and call centre calls. "
