Do not honour their offer

After buying airtime Ion on 16 Aug I recieved a just for you offe to buy 1 gig data by enterin a ussd code *123*2# This had to be done before midnight 17 Aug. I took up this offer by sending the code in responce to the sms offer<br> On checking up on my ballance the next day it was obvious that the data had not been credited. On enquiry to vodacom as to why the data was not added they claim that my sms was not received possibly due to a glitch. They howeve now refuse to accept that they may have aproblem and are not prepared to honour their offer. I am disgusted with this level of service for which I was prepared to pay but which Vodacom now refuse to honour. Clearly not a company to be trusted.
