DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE TO BUY A PHONE!

I went to do my upgrade with Vodacom at this store. I dealt with Achmet (the representative). <br> I looked at a dummy model and ordered that model. When I was called to sign the contract, not knowing the differences between the brand names, I signed after asking him that all was correct and in order in the hopes that the rep had ordered the right phone! They do not open the phone to confirm in store. I went home and open the phone to find it was completely the wrong phone! The store owner (Gregg) refused to assist and swop the phone FOR THE ONE THAT I ACTUALLY ORDERED! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. The are completely ********* what they did to me and now I have to spend R24 000 on a contract with a phone I never asked for!!!
