DO NOT GET VODACOM INSURANCE - Rather go through Naked OR Pineapple OR Home Insurance

Does Vodacom Insurance even exist or is it a ****? I've been calling 3 days in a row throughout the day hanging on the line as long as 35 minutes and there is NO ANSWER.

Vodacom Insurance is such a ****. If you go with another insurance company you don't have to worry about silly things like what SIM you are using etc. I've been using my original number in my new phone and I thought the insurance covered the device regardless of what sim is in it. So JUST DON'T GO WITH THEIR INSURANCE because they will find any petty excuse as to why they can't fix your device. PLUS THEY DON'T EVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES.
