DO NOT GET VODACOM FIBRE!!!!!!!!!!! WORST of the WORST

Vodacom is the WORST Fibre provider.

1. I have only been a client for 1 year but the amount of issues I have dealt with this company are endless. Unfortunate for me, I work from home, so if they go down, I get affected. They never ever communicate, we have to always call and follow up to find out why we are down, what is the issue, etc.

2. I upgraded my line to a 50mb upload and 50 mb download, please explain to me why my upload speed is 2.52 and my download speed it 29.4?? Not even AT LEAST 35???

If my complex did not use Vodacom tunnels or whatever, I would have cancelled my contract 2nd month of being with you.

Really a nonsensical company.
