DO NOT GET FIBER WITH VODACOM...
Do not get fiber with vodacom. Treid to cancel my fiber with these guys as i relocated and the relocation was not done for from the 28 of november 2020 till today 10 march 2021. every time i phone the cancelation department they say that they wil log a request but no reply from them after that. looks like the people in the office is just sitting there and playing games insted of doing their work.

07 Jul 2021, 16:46Still battling with vodacom. They dont want to release my line or cancel my contract. They are useless and wouldt recommend vodacom to my worse enemy. Call center also dont know how or what to tell me about my problem. I will not pay for something that worked for about 3 to 7 days. Rather support a brick if you want something so useless as vodacom you wil get mutch more out of a brick.
