DO NOT GET A VODACOM DATA CONTRACT! IT IS A ****!

Do not make the mistake I made by getting a vodac data contract. I noticed within a day of receiving it that the speed is so slow it is unusabe. Btw. I have a prepaid sim that works just fine (so it's not a network issue as you have convinced yourselves) . So Now I am buying data for work and still paying for this **** of a contract. I called in to cancel the contract as I was well within the cancelation period. They blatantly ignored my request until I gave up

I have logged 3 calls with them and each one was closed with no explanation. I logged a complaint on hello Peter and they said they would be in contact with me.. 3 months later and I am still waiting

saving up money to pay their exorbitant cancelation fees and be done with them!

Vodacom, you are a disgusting company that offers substandard products all in the name of profit. Sies!
