DO NOT GET A CONTRACT WITH VODACOM

Canal walk staff are the most useless people i've ever come across. DO NOT EVER OPEN A CONTRACT WITH VODACOM. Vodacom customer service is so useless and I will never ever recommend them to absolutely anyone. The female manager at Canal Walk is so rude to customers and after being there 3 times I was unable to be assisted by her for contract renewal. I therefore decided to cancel my contract with Vodacom due to poor customer service in store. This has now also proved to be impossible with customer service trying to upgrade me when phoning the cancellations department.
