DO NOT EVER GET A DATA CONTRACT WITH VODACOM

i have a data contract with vodacom which has been giving me problems ever since i got it now it says im have depleted my data out of the blue and i have to work from home because of this corona virus im stranded i cannot work and when i call vodacom they say they have logged a request and it can only be fixed in 7days and i told them i cannot wait that long now i called again and their lines keep on getting cut but today im told a different story that i must wait 3days and the same thing happened in december after a day my data was refunded and gave me another free data on top of that no explanation as to why in the 1st place my data was depleted out of the blue, now i will not be paid at work because im not able to login and work because of vodacom that debits money every month from me but when i need urgent assistance im told about 3/7days, this is very frustrating and i cannot wait for this contract to end i will never ever do business with vodacom again after so many years of being with them
