FIRST OF all, i dont even want to rate you a single damn star, because what youve been giving us is ABSOLUTE HORSE****!!!!!! since the 10 of nov we have had basically no damn internet, despite calling 100s of times! NOW YOU HAVE THE F-ING NERVE to say we need to pay a canellation fee!!?? scuse me but imo you owe us money for his month for having us not be able to come online despite paying loyally each month!

AND NOW WE NEED TO WAIT UNTILL YOURE INCOMPITENT COMPANY RELEASES OUR FIBRE LINE TO A COMPANY WHO WANTS A HAPPY PAYING CUSTOMER!!!!
