After three months of fighting with Vodacom about my call limit that was removed it finally got sorted out. But when I went to reactivate my Vodacom account their system was not updated. (Due to the fact that Vodacom is utterly useless). Two weeks later Vodacom handed me over to Jacobs, Burnard & Assotiates. They messed up my whole credit score because they are to useless to control a system that they advertise and promote. I will advice anyone that is thinking of doing business with Vodacom, DO NOT. If you do your research online, you will find multiple people with similar cases to mine aswell as people I know personally that had the same problem with Vodacom. WARNING!!!!! DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH VODACOM...!!!.... They have an ********* concept of business and will try to ***** your money. They even have T&c's to back them up when they \make a honest mistake".
