Do not comply with the CPA

I have attempted cancelling a contract as my son moved abroad. They want to charge me the full contract amount to cancel which is in conflict with the CPA. I said I am happy to pay a reasonable cancellation fee. No one gets back to you. It is impossible to cancel a contract. I cannot wait to cancel all my contracts with them. They do not look after their loyal customers.
