Do not commit if you cannot deliver

Send documents required for a new contract application this morning which I followed up with a phone call. Commitment was we will advise as soon as we have response. This came back with indication that need to furnish new account confirmation as payslip show different account and this was immediately sent. <br> <br> It was sickening when I called later that my call was received and phone put aside for more than 5 minutes. I hang-up and phoned again to be told by the agent now that she will need to reapply after I refused to wait until tomorrow for her to get to e-mails. What a hell is that, if you cannot deliver do not commit. I am happy to take business somewhere.<br> <br> I am glad that this is a stillborn, hope MTN is better alternative.
