Do not buy vodacom online

I bought a phone online. And stated that my wife will receive the phone. Courier company contacts me and says they cannot give the phone to my wife they want my original id. Suprise cannot talk to any one at vodacom to resolve only through email still waiting for a reply.Went to facebook to sort it out and instead of trying to resolve my issue they keep asking me stupid questions. After giving them my order number. Also you get no conformation that order has been placed what you were buying or that you have paid
