Do not buy Vodacom 5GB + 5 GB for R159. They will give you one 5GB and act like they dont know how to investigate their shortcoming.

So on on the 6th of March 2021 I bought 5GB+5GB for R159 for 7 days. I normally buy it and it lasts me about 5 days and sometimes it even expires. Not this time though. This data was allocated at 15h05 as 10GB but to my surprise at 17h19 I got a message from Vodacom saying I had only 4.97GB left. How??? I dm’d Vodacom on twitter who asked for all the screenshots they could which I gladly provided. They maintained that they allocated the data. How after I proved that I did not consume the said data. This is what I think happened. Vodacom sent an sms saying that 10GB had been allocated but in actual fact only gave me one 5GB. Will I ever buy this data again. Never. Not after being ****med.
