DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ELECTRONIC FROM VODACOM ONLINE!!😡

Do not buy anything electronic from VODACOM ONLINE!! Bought a portable power station back in May using the Vodastore app. It was delivered in June and it wasn’t working.

My partner and I called to report the matter and only after 2weeks was it fetched so we can get our refund .. since then we’ve been sent from pillar to post and no refund. We already in August and still no refund .. they keep telling us to wait for 7-14 days since June.. when we call again, we are told the same thing.
