DO NOT buy a laptop on contract

Vodacom keeps on deducting data money from my account. This is the second month after numerous attempts to cancel this account.

I have spent HOURS on the phone on SEVERAL days and every time they PROMISE to cancel the SIM number and account (the original contract was for a laptop, not even for data, so now I am stuck with the data that I am not even using).

So not only are they wasting my time, but they are *****ing my money as well. They DO NOT have permission to use my account anymore.

They are using the excuse that they are waiting for the tape recording (over a month now), but they do have my e-mail requesting cancellation of laptop as well as data SIM with numerous responses to the e-mail.

They also gave used the excuse that they can't reach me, but they use the data SIM number supposed to be cancelled and not my number I have been using for years. They will phone me on the correct number and all of a sudden tried phoning me on the data SIM.

This is FRUSTRATING! I am so mad, I am shaking. To deal with this incompetence every day is too stressful to handle anymore!!!!!!!
