Do not a take a short term loan with Vodacom, you will regret it..

Vodacom is a **** n messing up with my credit.. I took a short term loan on vodapay on the 16 July 2023 and on the 18 August 2023, paid them both up on time.. to my surprise, July 2024 my credit score got negatively affected as Vodacom is claiming I'm owing R1 on both accounts, 27 July I called them and I spoke with Mpho Kunene and Mpho told me I'm not the only one complaining about the same issue n I must give him 5 working days to fix the issue but till today the issue hasn't been fixed, I called Vodacom today and they claiming they don't even know who Mpho Kunene is, I even gave them the reference numbers (REF: EC-1TUF-2HXJ2N and ***) and they are taking me from pillar to post... please fix this issue as it has affected my credit score badly
