"Do no wrong" Network

I took my phone (Iphone 6) in to get my cracked screen repaired at the Vodacare repair center at Cresta Shopping mall and its decision i regret because i got more than i bargained for. I got a notification that the phone was ready for collection and I went to go and pick it up. The initial problem was fixed (the Screen) but the home button was not working on the device which meant that i had to rebook the phone because the technitian did not conduct a thorough check after fixing the screen. The workshop manager was very rude when i asked him who is supposed to fit the fuel bill of me having to come to the store for the second time because of their negligence.

I was told my phone was ready again and I went to pick it up only to find that now the speaker is not working and I had to book it in now for the third time . They fixed the speaker and I noticed that the screen had lifted from the body of the phone and I took it back to the repair center again and they said that there was some type of pressure on the phone and that some parts of the phone had burnt on the inside. They stated that this was an out of warranty repair and that i would have to foot the bill of R4300 to get the phone fixed. This battle has been going on for two months and has been so emotionally fustrating and exhausting.

Vodacom has not once acknowleged that the technician might be *********** because the phone had no prior issues apart from the cracked screen when i took in to the repair center and they want me and pricipal account holder (my mother) to pay for the repairs of the phone which was caused by one of their Technicians negligence who was clearly not competent to begin with because if he was, I would not have had take the phone to the repair center as many times as i did.

Since the incident i have numerous rants on twitter asking them to step up and acknolwege that the technician that was handling the phone was incompetant and the the repair or the network should repair or replace the device. i have called the ceo's office to tell them about the incident and they said they would get back to me or my mother withing 24 hours and they didnt in which i decided to directely send an email to the CEO's office. They eventually called my mother to appologize but that was the end of the conversation, no way foward as to how we are going to resolve the issue, are they going to replace the phone? are they going to fix it? Nothing.

My mom and i have been loyal customers to the network for over 10 years and this time we have definitely been pushed to the limit we have already started terminating some of the contracts we have with them and if this does not get resolved soon, we will definitely be looking for a new network service provider.
