Do any humans work at Vodacom Head Office

Earlier this year Vodacom offered the Apple iPhone 5s as a deal with new/upgraded cellphone contracts. The promotion was obviously very successful, because by March the only Vodacom Branch still holding stock in Cape Town was Vodashop at Canal Walk, Century City. However, as my existing Contract was only due to expire in September, I was advised that I could not effect an upgrade to secure the iPhone.

I was reluctant to take out a new contract as I did not want to have to use a new number. All my contacts after many, many years of cellphone use were aware of my existing number and it would prove extremely inconvenient to have to notify them all of a new number. I informed the sales person that I was prepared to take out a new contract and effectively run two contracts for the remaining period of my existing contract if I could do a number swap which would result in my current number being transferred to the new contract and the number applicable to a new contract being transferred to the contract with 6 months left to run. I was assured that this could be done.

As a result of the foregoing, I took out a new contract and was issued a swap sim cards for my two phones. I was assured the Contract for my "new" phone number would expire in September, 2016 thereafter, the Contract for my existing number would continue until March, 2018

Despite their assurances, Vodacom did not do what they had promised me. Help at Branch level was non existant. Repeated phone calls and e-mails, since 05/07/2016 to Vodacom's Subscriber Collections Dept, Ms Susan Monaise the CEO's Personal Assistant and even Shameel Joosub (Vodacom's CEO) have all be ignored except for e-mail automated acknowledgements of receipt from Subscriber Collections Dept. Despite requests to talk to a "human" to resolve this issue they continue to ignore me. In desperation I have withheld monthly payment of my "new" contract and feel the contract is null and void owing to their Sales Person's deliberate sale under false pretences. Still this does not solicit a human response, but now all 4 phones reflected on my Vodacom account are being bombarded by up to 20 calls a day with, you guessed it, a Voice Activated message from Vodacom announcing an important message of where to pay my outstanding account balance to avoid all 4 phones being disconnected.

HOW DO I GET VODACOM TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS?
