Distressed Vodacom Customer

I have been a Vodacom Customer for more than 20 years and Vodacom has always been my network of choice. Unfortunately, I have become the victim of sub contracting to Elite mobile.

Elite mobile offered me an upgrade on my Vodacom contract in February 2024 for an uncapped data line on the number ***, however the deal I received was only for 200Gig. In my attempt to reverse the contract and get a better deal, I have now been over charged and I am being threatened by Vodacom that if I do not pay, my account will be suspended. There has been several requests for assistance to Elite and Vodacom but the issue still remains unresolved. I am awaiting a credit for the amount of R1133.35 which is a duplicated charge for March 2024 on the account I***-1 as well as a credit for April of R299.01 because I was not able to use the line ***. The query remains unresolved because neither Elite mobile nor Vodacom have taken responsibility for what transpired. The last reference in May 2024 from Vodacom was ***. This was escalated today again to Melissa, Tazneem and Thenjiswa at Vodacom. I received a new reference ***. This has been an ongoing query since February 2024, we are now in June 2024. I am hoping that this review which is in actual fact a distressed customers pleading for help, will be escalated to the correct channels so that this can be resolved.

Vodacom's stellar reputation is being ruined by the misleading, dishonest and pathetic service provided by Elite mobile.

I Implore you to please discontinue any future business alliances with Elite mobile as they will be the reason that Vodacom loses valuable and loyal customers.

I hope that this matter will be escalated in order to reach an amicable solution to this long overdue query from Ms Michelle Esterhuizen-Coker.
