Distasteful service

This message aims to seek assistance regarding the poor customer service and lack of care shown by the Vodacom repair branch in Jabulani mall.

I own a Huawei P30 lite and was unfortunate enough to drop and crack the screen. I went to the store today (07/10/2020) to have the device booked in for repairs and kindly asked if I can have a courtesy phone while my device goes for repairs, I was then told by one of your consultants that they currently don't have any phone to loan me because they were only provided with 4 courtesy phones and they with other clients. So if I want a courtesy device I will have to wait till one of the clients decides to fetch their phone and bring back the one they loaned to them. Vodacom how is that my problem when I pay so much for my insurance? Why is it that the only vodacom repair store in soweto gets provided with only 4phones to loan to its paying loyal customers? Why should I be inconvenienced?
