Distasteful customer care by Vodacom

Hi I am very disappointed with vodacom customer care line, they dont ask you to stay on the line to speak to a consultant if you wish to but rather give you usless options like that Toby nonsense which cant help with direct issues like verifying if my number has been hacked or if i share it with another user, i have been calling their customer care line but all i get is self service options and that Toby of which it realy is no help to me as my query is about my number being hacked and both their oprions cant be of assistance to me. I would like their(vodacom) consultants an actual person to contact me back if they even care about their customers.
